Be a Part of Greater Things.
Exceptional impact in Warner Robins for generations to come...
Greater Things encompasses many incredible projects and ministries Second Baptist Warner Robins is creating for God, for our church, and for our community. Our hope is that you will come alongside the rest of your second family and commit toward supporting our effort to accomplish Greater Things for the Kingdom of God. This includes our 100-acre sports complex off of Hwy. 96, parking lot and building repairs, and more!
About Greater Things
What is the financial goal?
The goal of Greater Things is to raise $3 million over the next three years in addition to our regular budget. This will challenge all of us with something that can be difficult–sacrifice. It will stretch our faith, but it will provide tremendous opportunities to see God move in amazing ways. While we can’t all give equal gifts, we can all sacrifice to give our best gift. Your commitment will enable us to have an even greater impact in our community.
What will be the benefits of Greater Things?
The new facilities we are building will enable us to expand Victory Sports. In addition, this new facility will be a great place for families, life groups, and community groups to gather. In addition to a brand new sports and family recreation complex, Greater Things will allow us to perform some much needed renovations of our current facility.
How much should I give?
There is no one except God that can give you an amount that you should give. We can’t all give the same amount, but we can all sacrifice together to give our best. It’s not about the size of the gift. It’s truly about seeking God’s direction and following His guidance. Your participation at any level will help change lives by allowing Second Baptist to reach more people.
How is this different than my tithe?
The ministries of Second Baptist Church will continue to expand during this campaign, so please continue to give your tithe in addition to the offerings God leads you to give for Greater Things. When there is a meaningful opportunity like this, God asks us to go above and beyond the tithe, which is our minimum worship requirement.
